  • Sled Push – accumulate 150ft work on hand placement and foot drive

  • METCON – Teams of 2-3
  • Every 3 mins for 6 Rounds (18 mins)
  • Rounds 1,3,5
  • 150ft sled push (25 ft incriments) 
  • 50 Wallballs 20/14 (partition anyhow)
  • Rounds 2,4,6
  • 150ft sled push (25ft incriments) 
  • 10 synchro Burpees 
  • *wallballs can be started and partitioned at anytime in the three minutes*
  • *synchro Burpees must be done after sled push*
  • *each athlete MUST sled push 50ft each round*
  • *teams of 2 will only complete 100ft sled push and 40 wallballs*
  • *whatever time is left after round completion will be your break*
