As an active service member in the military, I recognized that I needed something more than the typical workout regimen. I would start on some program or diet plan that would last a few weeks/months and then quit… every…single…time. After recognizing that I needed a change, I finally decided to try my first CrossFit class in March of 2018, and have been hooked ever since! CrossFit has truly changed my life in so many ways. I want to help each and every person reach their fitness goals and experience the same positive change that I have. That’s what gives me he motivation to coach and to give back to the community. My advice, “trust the process and make sure to have fun along the way!”
